NOTE: A certificate is issued upon successful completion of this course. Participants must complete Courses 1, 2, and 3 within a period of 6 months to receive the AOCC Diploma.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) leading to greater operational efficiency.
It is critical, in order to properly measure performance, to standardize the principal activities. With this course, participants will better control the process of issuing Standard Operating Procedures and invite stakeholders to adopt a common process, in order to create grater efficiencies in the overall airport performance.
Intermediate Enabling Objectives:
- Define a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Identify the main procedures to follow during normal operations (both terminal and airside)
- Identify critical SOPs leading to efficient performance
- Follow a structured method for developing SOPs
